Participating in this workshop you will be able to:

Identify four different attachment styles and their associated processes.

​Describe the impact of insecure and disorganized attachment on an infant’s and toddler’s life.

Identify ten different ways parents' own trauma history and environment plays a role in a young child’s life.

Define developmental trauma and complex trauma and will be able to distinguish it from reactive attachment disorder.

Understand the advantages of early childhood trauma treatment.
​

Distinguish five key differences between a healthy and an unhealthy attachment of a infant and toddler to their caregiver

Identify at least three tools you can use to screen for attachment and developmental trauma related problems in infants and toddlers.

For Florida LMHC, LCSW, and LMFT license holders 6.5 hours of CEU's will be provided.
